Now Tweeter lead and Polk M4 crossover repairs (was 3.5 speakers wanted)...

NOTE: Now I would just like the existing Infinity 902-5226 tweeter lead repaired and I would like my two remaining Polk Monitor 4 crossovers repaired. Both have at least one output bad and one needs a new terminal cup. Since the only computer I had with a working floppy died, I can't post pictures until I go to another location in the morning.

I found those two Polycells, they need the diaphragms rebuilt. I also have a working pair of clean Peerless tweeters, original gold backs from a set of Cizek speakers

I found the tweeter I was already using for about $14.00...

This will do. Or I could solder a lead to the one with a broken terminal. That might not be so easy. If somebody is up to it (it's a bit small of a spot for me to be comfortable with the first time out) I would appreciate it. I have a 6 ohm square framed Realistic from the 70s partially screwed and taped in place for now. I think I prefer the small Infinitys.

I use these speakers all the time...I made them to use as daily drivers. I still need to repair the other two Polk Monitor 4 crossovers I swapped out to keep them going (of four and one has a broken terminal cup). I really like the M4 crossover.

So this is a repair request now, not a speaker wanted post.

Sorry, I lost one of the small Infinitys I was using in the two ways I built and it's replacement arrived. I can finish repairing it now as it works.

And what model the Infinity cabs are, they were given to me without and parts, only grilles.

I'm fine. It was a bit windy but I took some food and a little DVD/CD player I just got reset to use again (it got set to widescreen by accident among other things) to an old girlfriend and her husband as they didn't have a player and it's the rough end of the month...I was given a bunch of canned food and some of my ample amount got spread around. I was helped so I helped somebody else while I could. Friday and Tuesday are paydays, I'm getting there.

Budget isn't a bad word...I didn't have any for several years and I went down the toilet and had to declare bankruptcy. That was really stupid to let myself go there and I was lucky as to how I managed to scrape though and recover without real harm. Not again.
