Take lots of digital photos when taking it apart... They will be very helpful when putting it back together. I always remember to do that just about the time I get something all apart. :(

Always start with a clean work area so you can easily find that one small part you will drop! A roll of white drafting paper makes a nice cover for the bench and helps one find those mis-placed parts.

Now do as I say and not as I do.... :)

That's a good thing but I about massacreed the first pne and never did find {"TIRES") that I know exist anwere supposed to be stopping it dead.

It worked to some degree when I got it, they are fun little boogers too.

Maybe I should photograph the $6 Million Yen victim.

The belts appear intact, Nothing moves, especially the counter.

I had the shots but spent a good part of the day looking for a new vacuum cleaner. I clean/fix the ungodly Bissell more than I tend to use it ndI have lost THREE BELTS ib rgwe last six months. After a thorough inspection cleanup, whacking HAIRBALLS out abd I think the moter is going not the belt...

If it were a hooker it would be finding a new job.

Hope to have one tomorrow.

I have to go reattach the rear fender on the Schwinn as well.

There's not much logic in a deck built before 1975 maybe.

This is that deck:

Not MY deck, the wood would be pretty nice...and here's an internal view!

If meter no turn. Then tape is done. Do any motors spin? Try deoxing them and spin by hand. You may be able to get a tire on ebay.

I do have the entire SM that I bought a few years ago on CD.

This is the one motor I've seen so far...MVC-009S.JPG[/attachment:2gsypn06]MVC-010S.JPG[/attachment:2gsypn06]

10 is to show the belt is there and seems intact.
