Upgrading a Presario CQ60

Well, I got a Compaq Presario CQ60, which I plan to upgrade. Here's list of things I am going to do:

• Upgrade the sluggish AMD Sempron Mobile SI-42 to a Turion X2 RM-72. While wattage isn't the same, according to many results, upgrading works fine and speeds the PC up.
• Polish the back to get that shine again
• Maybe add an SSD
• Maybe max out the RAM
• Install Linux Mint 17
• Maybe replace the DVD drive with a Blu-Ray one

I already replaced the dead keyboard and battery, and taped over a missing button (it still works, but the PCB board is now taped over, so it's sleeker).
I also already ordered a Turion X2 RM-72, for 9 euro's including shipping and a small donation to the Alzheimer Foundation.
I hope that all these upgrades will have this PC roaring again, with good functionability and good performance with HD video, including YouTube.
