Van Halen tickets scored for this June!

Got lucky with a set of three seats, perfectly positioned and at pre-scalper pricing.

Can't wait!

Tattoo ? Just sampled on ITunes... Still, it would be cool to see them. Hard to imagine none are dead yet.

Have you heard then new song that is out? Not so good at all.
Tatoo.. yeah, I have to say that one's on the order of a turd..

BUT

Just got a hold of the whole album tonight, and there are definitely some better tracks. A few that sound good 'nuff to go watch 'em again if/when they are in town. Hell.. last time I saw them WAS 1984, and then David Lee Roth in '86.

Hagar? ... bleeeech... that's what turned me off from the start, never could get into that dude with 'em. Solo fine, but Dave's the man for VH...

I also bought the CD, and I just listened to a few songs so far. As usual, I intro each of the songs before a full sit-down listening session. I'm not impressed with the sound quality on this CD. Anyone else notice the same?

I have not done any critical listening to it. Only heard it once now. I only have FLAC and no cd.

Haggar- Van Halen had a different sound for sure. Wonder if Eddie was starting to worry? Lot of good guitarist out there at the moment. When your playing at this level. You can't be beat by anyone. Eddie is jammin no doubt. I will buy this CD. LOL

Do you think Chickenfoot had any thing to do with it? Sorry Eddie Joe can play. Get him out of Chickenfoot and that man would play. No comparison.
