and I'm having a hard time of it again.

Last night I went to bed with three fans around me. I got up for a drink of water and later to go.

Didn't work out that way as I fell both times, taking out the box fan...whomp...didn't find my bearings or where I was at until I had destroyed it trying to get up and not pass out. Then I got my composure and fell over the stand fan. PHUN. I've had various degrees of foot/ankle and leg cramps, watched in amazement as my left foot tightened up and made the arteries stick out like Arnold.

I've been through heat exhaustion before and it's scary.

Don't expect me to be a post whore for a while.

No, I've gotta get two more windows screened and see if I can fix or replace 3 fans.

My blood pressure was 92/69 at the medical office, and I Still had to walk to the post office but missed out on getting the 2nd pane cleaned out of broken gladd (it goes there) so I could duct tape screening in and not fail on broken glass.

That's all for now.

Sorry to hear it orange. Hopefully the heat breaks soon or we can send you a window A/C unit.

My A/C Furnace blower motor seized up today, but I had a spare and two hours later I have A/C again.

My dog cut her back paw today and needed sticthes and now she has to wear an Elizabethen collar for two week and cannot go it the water. She looks so unhappy and I can't do anything for her as the minute I take the collar off she tries to lick her wounds.

My brother in law is coming in the morning to help. Unfortunately I had to walk home. I fell out of bed and was cramping again and had real fun getting to the sink and in here while keeping myself up. Lying down-really helpful.

Web you can put a salve on the stitches. It won't hurt the stitches and she will not lick them. May help to heal. Get some not great smelling.

Sorry to hear about your predicament orange, I hope you get some relief soon. I've been stuck in hot places before. Showers and basements were my friends in those days.

I must have been tire last night, she has four staples not stitches. I might try some salve but I am thinking that might get her to lick it for sure.

I didn't get much sleep last night cause I had a plastic collar flopping around me all last night. The good news is I have been up for 3 hours and had the collar off of her and she hasn't been licking the wound too much. The wound also looks much better today than yesterday, other than the puncture wound where the staples are the scrapes look pretty good.

Sorry Steven back to your heat problem. The whole country is hot this summer, my best advice is to put cool water over your head and either wear a wet t-shirt to bed or keep a moist towel handy, as the evaporation will cool you very nicely.

I'm back to where I can wonder about getting somebody else to wear that shirt, but not doing anything about it.

Daylight is overly brite at first. I got some help, I'll get there.

The AC is back and mom sent a fan. I completely trashed the one I fell on first :pirate:

Do you have screens on your windows. If so stick a box fan in one window and one where you are going to be and get a cross draft going. You can keep it pretty cool.

I do now...It's up to just feeling sour from death warmed over at least. The AC is back. He fixed the loose blade on the one I didn't fall on.really trashed fan.JPG[/attachment:3co2x68v]R LEG.JPG[/attachment:3co2x68v]

The main problem has been since I had to sell my CAR, I don't always notice it's too hot to bicycle so gung ho.

There used to be a sign EVERYWHERE with TIME AND TEMP.

Well, I do love bikes called ROLLFAST. :brave:

Hey Steven, being the douche bag that I am, I'd normally say 'deal with it pussy boy', but since I really do love ya, I feel bad that this happens to someone nice like you, I've lived in the most un-Christian like places in the US...ever been in Houston Texas in August?? 105F and 99% humidity, make a tall cowboy fall to his knees and cuttin' slats in his neck just to breath.

Now down here we have 110F, but it's a dry heat.

Please take care buddy, I hope you have a friend/neihbor to call in a bad situation, or get one of those emergency button thingie bobs to call for help, seriously dude, we aren't getting any younger, don't make us worry....
