Ten Bucks at the Thrift Shop

Picked this up for $10.00 at the local thrift shop. It's an Onkyo TA-R301 Cassette Deck. It appears to be in pretty good shape, although I haven't listened critically yet. Don't have tapes or anyway to clean the heads yet. I'll report in a few days after I get home and can clean it up and listen. It does work though...looks like it was made in 1992 and sold for $300.00.

Oh yeah.......here is the JVC receiver....a bargain at $20.but the tuner doesn't work. I may have to look under the hood and see if I see anything. All I get is static,,,,no stations. Anybody have any ideas? Sounds really good in a pinch. From a different Thrift Store. It was marked $45, but since the tuner didn't work, they said "make an offer". It is an RX-518V
