Made us a fab din din tonight. Started marinating the chicken tits this morning. some red wine vinigar salad dressing with a few plops of creamy ceasar dressing, then wrapped them in alum foil bowls. Chopped up 6 or 7 cloves of fresh garlic, throw that in a pan to toast up.

Popped the tits in the oven with half the garlic sprinkled on top for the marinade to bubble around, at 350 for an hour.

Made some Uncle Bens cheesy rice, jazzed that up with some chunks of extra sharp cheddar and toasted almonds for a crunch.

Pull the tits out of the oven and add more toasted garlic on top, :tongue7: no vampire swill bite me tonight! Very Yummy, not much work :snorting:

I'll add mine and it's also an experiment ('cause I've forgotten)...

I cooked a small section of pork roast and a package of a beefy noodle hamburger meal with frozen peas, kidney beans and diced onion.

I just got it done and had some-not bad and if it was I'd eat it anyway as I didn't have a lot ofmeat in the freezer until I went to the food bank Tuesday.

The experiment is in CHAT.
