A lot of people don't know about them or handshakes so I thought I would let them know you don't have to use a Walmart butt splice. LOL

Very true. In the industrial side Thomas and Betts, slicks, no insulator, then, Crimp, Solder, Heat Shrink.

The enviromentals we used had another band that would disappear when the solder melted. Plus no corrosion because there is no air.

I have to get some red deoxit. MCM is having a sale on cans of Circuit wash. This stuff is good. 4.90 a can I think. Plus I finally found something I have been looking fo for a long time. Reusable Ty-wraps. Parts express has them.
