I have not scene one of those decks before.... They certainly have a style of their own but one can't argue with great sound! Are the counter digits really pink or is that just my monitor?

Haha, you would see that  , no all SAE of that series have red led's except the amps and that deck have green to red for the outputs. Imagine how sweet it would be on my stack in the 'puter room

Yep, A buddy had a SuperScope cassette deck.... I had to settle for a Sankyo cause I didn't have enough money for anything better.

Thanks for straightening me out on the color selections.....

Too bad about the deck being stolen, stuwee. Why do I get the feeling it was stolen by someone you know/knew? It would certainly compliment the rest of the SAE stack you already have.

Nando.

No, I didn't know them, they broke into my storage locker, took the deck, the tuner and the parametric EQ, a butt load of my prized, still on the card Hot Wheels and bunch of antique furniture, the Pilot console was in there too, but I guess that was to heavy and big , Thank You Jesus!!

And yeah, someday I'll get the C101 :cherry:

If ever, I do find an SAE C101 deck, locally, I'll keep you in mind, stuwee.

If you had let me know a little sooner I'd have snatched that bugger up for ya. 100.00 was a steal was it not??

I'll take a look at Innovative Audio's back room. I may be meeting Rob there in two weeks. I have to agree: there are good pieces that show up in Canada. You know, with the stereotypical Canadian spending all that time indoors because of the inhospitable climate we listen to more music and Radio Canada than anywhere else in the world. And we make sure our time indoors is spent with great stereo components.

Yeah, $100 is a great price, even with those marks on the top (something that doesn't bother me at all), as long as that handsome faceplate is nice, and there's not rackmount damage.

Man I could just kiss you right now
Don't let stuwee kiss you Lee. We all know what happened to Fredo not long after that smooch.
