Very slick looking piece of audio hardware you have there :-P
 
Yeah, not a bad representation of the species. Advertised power was 150 each into 8. Just before clip it is doing 175.
 
Wow, as much as I'd love to throw my hat in the ring, I'm quite happy with it's baby brother and matching preamp in the mancave, sooo whoever wins this tasty treat will enjoy decades of great tunes from one of the finest amp designers ever!!!

I'd still settle for one of James' pres.

In the last two months I've added a Yamaha CA-1000 and a Pioneer TX/SA-800 are coming which I'm pretty happy about as an SA-500 got me smitten with the series.

Thankee ever so kindly, you know how much of a SAE fan I am :angel12:, any amp with a sticker on the back that says "Warning, improper speaker connection may cause Serious Injury or even DEATH"!!! :evil1: :confused2: :evil1: Gets my vote :bounce:, or as Fairchild says, it can double as an arc welder :-P

Yes Lee it does. That has been my experience too. And it will be returned 100 fold. It is good for the soul.

No, I don't have anything up my sleeve as this came around too soon for me. :laughing9: Probably time to change the contest and just have someone's name picked out of a hat.
