WHAT are those SPEAKERS???
Speakers in my system are quickly becoming the weak point, poking around for something that can take on some POWER!

They are Sansui SP-7500X speakers. I sold them last year. Power handling is in the 130 watt range and those are 16" woofers. I replaced them with the older and rarer Sansui SP-300s.

Balance controls on the 80 series Pioneers are troublesome, more so than the volume controls. if you have Deoxit, you'll be able to clean the control . Remove the top cover and position the red straw in the openings you see on the balance control. It will be a bit easier to reach if the receiver is on its side.
