When I get back home from my business trip, I will run it on the AP and let you know. I am sure I have previous performance curves, but if not, I will run them again.
 
I'm real partial to my ATS-1DD. It happened to have the 96khz option installed also.. A fine machine..

I am fortunate to have an AP at home. I got spoiled by the ones at work. On one of my moonlighting episodes, I was able to buy a good used one from the proceeds of that project.

I know there are a bunch of PC based audio measurement options out there now, but back in the late 80's, the AP was the "$hit". Still is in my book.
 
I could have sworn I had some AP curves of the D 500, but I can't find them. I'll have to run some new ones, perhaps tomorrow.
 
From what I remember, the noise, distortion, etc were very similar to other Series II based PL amps.
 
from where that transformer is, I'd have guessed worse.
