Phase Linear 700

Does anyone have a Phase Linear 700 (not 700B or 700 Series II) Owner's Manual? I have copies of pages 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, and 12. There may be some blank pages in there, but I don't have the Cover Page.

There may be others on the forum that need the whole PL700 Owner's Manual. I will post what I have, but I would like to get it complete first.

There were (2) versions of the Phase Linear 700 owner's manual.

The 1st version was text only and no address on it. It has 12 numbered pages. So this must be the version you are missing pages for.

As an added bonus are (2) additional pages at the end; "Phase Linear Amp Block Diagram" and "Energy Limiter Block Diagram". I have never seen this in any other copy of the 1st generation 700 owner's manual.
NOTE: I received this copy from another Phase Linear collector. Unfortunately, that persons name escapes me at the moment.

The 2nd version of the Phase Linear 700 owner's manual has a Edmonds, Washington address and a Figure 1 "Rear Panel Connection Diagram" on page 5. It only has 10 numbered pages.
