I could not find anyone who was selling decent interconnects less than 1 meter in length. There were some 1 foot chinese wires but they were not what I was looking for (not well shielded, plastic ends, and no specs to compare to).
I have decided to build my own interconnects. I will use some quality Canare or Neutrik gold-plated RCA male connectors and Belden 9463 Twinax "Blue Hose" cable with an outside diameter of .238" (almost 1/4"). This cable has a low capacitance of 19.7 pF per foot and double shielding (100% foil plus 55% braid) over a twisted pair of AWG 20 stranded (7x28) tinned-copper conductors. I had to buy 100 feet of it so if you want a cable made up, let me know.
I still need to buy the connector compression/swaging tool, my F connector tool does not open wide enough for the RCA connectors to fit in the tool.
I'll post some pictures of the process.
