Blonde has a new one out. apparently they couldn't find a label to put it out on for a while, sad times in the music biz for music you can hold in your hands and not download.....but they plulled together a fan pack, a magazine, CD with bonus cuts, a poster (the cover art is brilliant IMO) and some post cards.

Larry have you heard anything on FB about this? Maybe find me a sample song bite??

The miracles of modern cosmetics can't hide the miles on that face. Finally it has some character.

I'll check out Blondie's newest, but just the CD. I agree with you stuwee, the cover art has that "Lord Of The Rings" stylized look to it. Would you take an older Blondie over Lady Gaga? For the music, I mean.

No, but I thought of him the first time I saw that cover. Uncanny!

Believe it or not, I had quite the crush on Ms Harry, I'd hit that in a second, she's just smokin' Hot!

I have the Greatest Hits CD/DVD, it has all the old videos and some sick DJ over in London mixed the Doors Riders on the Storm with Rapture sounds weird but it sounds great.

I really dig that cover art, so 2nd paycheck goes to that fan pack for the poster!! Then I'll get it framed with my Village People one and have 80's night in my RayBans and tighty whiteys  :bootyshake:

If so, your given name would have been Leonardo... Leonardo Laatschove LoGiacco.

See, how well that rolls off the tongue!

Their voices on that album are extrordinary. Little Queen is my favorite just because of " BARRACUDA"!!

Dreamboat Annie was so incredible sounding because it was all tubes, the band found an old studio in Vancouver, Canada, Can-Base Studios which had a tube mixing board, they used tubed mikes and a tubed RtR for the master. It was even cut with a tubed lathe at Kendun Recorders. You go girls!!

A tid bit about Barracuda

"Ann Wilson revealed in interviews that the song was about Heart's anger towards Mushroom Records attempted publicity stunt involving her and her sister Nancy in a made-up lesbian affair. The song particularly focuses on Ann's rage towards a man who came up to her after a concert asking how her "lover" was. She initially thought he was talking about her boyfriend, band manager Michael Fisher. After he revealed he was talking about her sister Nancy Wilson, Ann became angry and went back to her hotel room to write the original lyrics of the song.

The rumour started by Mushroom Records was because the Dreamboat Annie cover was so hot looking.

Little Queen is also a very nice sounding Lp, I have the non bar code Portrait with PBL - 34799 - IF SXT KENDUN - b JG ' BEAUTY TAKE US ' in the deadwax, Woof does it rock!

On Sylvan Song Howard Leese play some notes on the Moog Bass that I gar-Un-tee will move things on your coffee table, the CD version can't reach that low with its crappy mastering.

Can you tell I'm a Heart fiend
