Question for ya... when you reply to a post, are you using the "Quick Reply" or are you actually clicking the "Full Editor" next to the "Submit" button? Clicking the "Full Editor" button should bring up a list of smileys (like I am seeing now to the left of this "box")...

So when I go to full edit, it still does the same thing...so I don't know... nothing is disabled and I did as Lee suggested and turned off the pop-up blocker for the sight but still nothing... sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't posting.php?mode=quote&f=4&p=8639#" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Or try a different computer so you can narrow it down to either computer or the forum settings.
