I recently had a customer that wanted some upgrades to his PL400. He shared this Receipt/Invoice for service from Dean dated May 23, 2004 for another PL400 he still has. And it had the same problem, but now upgraded with WOA Control Board, WOA Capacitor Kit, New Output Transistors, and a few other secret mods.
