My opinion so far listening to Tubular Bells. It is darker than my other CDPs. I have it hooked up to my PT 1 & 3 at the moment. I'm going to change the digital cable out. It is crisp on the highs. It does sound good. I'm glad I picked this CD. Go to go burn the LSD Porcupine Tree cds for next. LOL On the end when he is playing the acoustic guitar. I can hear him bending the strings. That is crazy.

That sucks, I'm buying my CDP's locally then, none of this tray no worky shit for me, sucky design flaw.....bring back the transport screws....what's the matter with these people??

Sounds very good. I haven't tried the ribbon connector. It may have come lose. So that is all I'll do is check for a loose connection. I'm not worried. I have like I have forgotten how many transports for spares. LOL And lube some gears and such. Never be afraid. Just jump in there and start taking stuff a part. LMAO. I your afraid say your afraid. LOL

I'm a scaredy cat, I don't mess with stuff like you brainiac's, I took the cover off the Sanyo and took pics, measured the thingies with a DMM whatchmacallit, that's about as far as I go. I can set up a cart on my SME arm tho, that's a piece of cake

I have to say I don't know what is making the music sound so good. This one of my favorite CDs. If you have never heard the CD you need to get it. When it gets to Juggernaut. This little PL will be cranking these Norman Labs. LOL I'm hearing every little thing. Very revealing. Now if the tray went in and out. It would be great. LOL
