Well I have a couple. Have to send one back. Had scratches and bumps like braille. He has had some complaints on them. The pops will stop if you wash them. I have had others that were clean. Oh well what can you do if you live in a shoe.?

Only a couple? The beauty of CD's and the like is that the output is ones and zeroes, as long as the physical condition is such that the laser can read it at all. Light scratches can be buffed out. Given all the "slings and arrows" that vinyl is heir to, we have to wonder why we treasure it so much. Warps, bumps, ticks, scratches, worn stylii, bad alignment, vibration, off-center holes, and the list goes on and on... Why? Because it sounds so good when it all comes together.
