I seem to have misplaced my cruddy digital camera, I put it in a box and my OCD must have taken a break, anyhoo, Mom comes to the rescue, she gave me Grandpa's Contax III from the 50's, if you know anything about vintage cameras, other than a big buck Leica, these Contax with the Carl Zeiss lens's are tit's, nothing finer EVER!! Here's one for sale with the same 50mm 1.5 lens I have, http://www.ebay.com/itm/Contax-IIIa-Cam ... 56461b1794

So Walgreens will be my new best friend for 'old school' film devolpeing :pirate:

I had a Mamiya 1000DTL. I had great fun with it. I found a small Zeiss Ikon accordian lens model at a local auction this year. Even if I don't know where to get film it qualifies as ART.

Oh My Goodness, my avvie got hi-jacked!! I likey...but Tony Stewart's Championship pic would have been more appropriate

I have to join the Contax/Zeiss rangefinder camera forum, I can't figure out how the camera works, it's totally differant from anything I've ever used, and Mom doesn't remember either, I have some older pics taken with it and the quality is just unreal

I have no idea what it uses. If it's 127 I understand it's no longer made and people cut other stock down somehow.

I used to shoot 127 in box cameras when I was young.

I've still got 12-18 rolls of mostly Kodak or Fuji 35mm exposed and undeveloped from the early '00s. Just ran out of bread awhile and then Estano's Photo-Audio-Video Store closed after nearly 60 years, and I helped him close and vacate, which broke my heart but he was 85...still a good friend as always.
