10" massive magnets, these are my two spares. They separated from the surrounds in a bit of overexuberance 
. They can be carefully reglued back to as new, new ones are only $145 shipped. You cannotblow the panels thank god! I have a thread over at TH on the replacement fun 
It only took Dale and I about an hour to do, most of that was taking them apart and putting them back together.
