Well since I'm learning some of this stuff. I culled about 100 cassettes. The printing was the worse part. I had to redo the master the peaks were way low. So I had to bulk erase them. Then I made them to hot on the duplicator. So I bulk erased again. Then I got the peaks to a +3 on chrome. They were all recorded as type Is. I hope they play them as such. I didn't like the tape very much there was a lot of hiss. Well I lost 50 of his when I started printing. So I had to bring out my C-60 BASF bulks. Well I lost 50 of those. I did like 3 inspections on them. 1st when I printed. 2nd when I went to pick them up from printing and 3 rd when I went to finally put them in the Norelcos. I had to print 13 pages of J-cards and separate them. Because of his design I lost one out of every 4. Then fold them all and put them in the Norelcos and then the tapes. Then shrink wrap them. I worked on my feet for 3 days. On the 3rd day the printing wasn't so bad. I had learned how to do it. I could do runs of 20 to 30 without a mess up. Well here are the pics of the duplicator in action. I had 2 decks going to test the tapes at random. I tested one out of each batch at random to make sure it was recorded.
