Your originals A1169 & C2773 are 200v/15A devices.
The A1216 & C2922 are 180v/17A. Not what I would use.
I would go with A1494 & C3858..which are 200v/15A devices.Both Sanken's of which are available at BDEnt.

So the 2SA1215's and 2SC2921's are ratyed even less?? Jer , these are the only 200MT I have and I looked through most of my stuff while doing an inventory on my PL parts. Sorry i couldn't help.
