Long shot. Anyone on the forum know Ron Raulston?

He contacted me off the Contact Page asking for Phase Linear information (2 times). He put a non-existent gmail email address in the information request which naturally bounces. If anyone knows him, please PM me. He does not appear to be a forum member.
