The Yammie R9 is saucey......Tasuke will be pleased!
LOL you two have NO idea how much "fun" I went through to get these two out the door!
Started when my printer thought it was smarter than me - The magenta cartridge was out of ink, so it figures "Hey... I can't print shit and I'm not going to"... even ole black n white Fedex labels.
Damn.. well I figured heck... If I write the tracking numbers down they can reprint the labels at OfficeMax (where I drop 'em off at). So I haul it all down there.. nearly kill myself with two big boxes getting them from the car to the store... and then... I wait..
I wait.. because there are two knuckleheads in front of me. One is having some copies ran, and can't make up her mind as to what she likes and doesn't. The other has like.. 10 damn boxes to ship off (and obviously can't figure out that she could have done the labels herself). And the guys at the counter.. well.. they obviously weren't on meth ... more like valium if you saw how damn slow they were.
So.. 20 minutes later.. I finally get my turn. I tell the guy hey I need labels printed and here are the tracking numbers, and btw I'll be buying some printer ink as that's why I don't have 'em..
He couldn't print the labels. I asked if I could log on to a PC (they got like 3 of them against the wall) and reprint. NOPE... they're not allowed to have customers use the computers.
REALLY.. shit... motherf'er...
Ok fine... no other alternative... I have them hold onto the damn things, buy the damn printer cartridges, go ALL THE WAY BACK (12 miles each way) to the house. Print the damn labels, and go all the way back to the place.
Almost made me want to go UPS, but already shipped and paid so ..
Moral of the story - unless it is what they call a "full service" Fedex, don't try printing labels there. And save the label files, otherwise you might not find them again (had to pull the pdf files back up using Firefox history.. stupid website even though I did log back in, there is NO place to reprint the labels)
Fun for all, heheh...
