I realize that's not a REVIEW but it was the only thing that said gear when I posted, sorry.
I can fix that.
The Yamaha CS80 was only built for a short while but was probably the most incredible keyboard ever made by just about any synthesizer maker. I never knew about it until I saw one I BELIEVE in the video for ELO's Confusion from 1979.
Forget the DX-7 for now. That was what introduced me to Yamaha synths. There is nothing like it.
Unless, according to one guy on eBay, it's a modded E70 organ which is supposed to be a CS80 in sheep's clothing and can be coaxed out with a few modifications...well, HIS was only 2 grand. That's sorta like finding a Rat motor in your Chevette.
One of those sleeper deals that you find out there in the Wide World Of Online.
