Finally had a chance to look inside. It will be some time before I can work on any projects. But I can start buying WO parts.:love4:
I was surprised to see the P/S caps just 'floating' No hold down of any kind. & dig the big orange 220 volt sticker on the bottom one:

My first Phase Liner amplifier was 220 also - but at the time I lived in Europe. Converting to 120 was pretty simple as Ed's diagram indicates. Those reservoir caps were held in place with double stick tape. The adhesive has given up the ghost. From the photos it seems that you have a decent specimen to work with. Good luck with the build.
