Somebody I know asked for a reel to reel to fix for their child. I had an Akai X-1800SD sitting around that I would never end up getting around to.

So I offered it free of charge and he' got it set to go as soon as I bring it to the shipping place.

I didn't think it would ever find a new home so I hope he is successful and can give it to his son.

Not claiming sainthood but I managed to pay forward for yours, Lee. I'm happy about it.

Right on Steven!!

One of my first tape decks was a little 5 1/2 inch RtR that my aunt Patricia gave me when I was 7 or 8, it had a bunch of 60's songs on it, I loved playing it, threading the tape, all that.
