IHF-202 Audio Amp Specification

What happens if I decide to not follow these guys who are writing up a non-needed amp test procedure and do my own thing. Are the Amp Police gonna come and kick my ass?
 
Ya know, when Kenwood or Pioneer or anybody else builds amps, they test the first few and the next million amps go right out the door with nothing more than a quick test power up to ensure the lights work, and a wipe down. Maybe I'll write up a procedure for taking a piss and if it does not get followed, i can send the Pee Police out to harass and spout policies and procedures.

I'll take a copy any way I can get it. I've been trying to locate a copy for several weeks now.

Now all I need is a copy of IHF-A-201.
