In the world of electronics I know just enough to get me in trouble. Luckily I have a great affordable repair guy whose first language is schematics. I have no interest in letting the magic out of electrical equipment but I like reading and understanding a little about the equipment I have. After picking up a series 1 PL400 and a couple series 1 PL700s in a good package deal this forum probably saved me from the potential disaster of running the above mentioned 400 with no upgrades into speakers that are priceless to me. So I will be giving zero electronic input but will indeed be soaking some in.
