- Broken beyond repair but highly affable
The food bank had turkey breasts and they also had a TON of frozen containers of mashed taters, stuffing and gravy and said take as many as you like, I almost took more than I had room for in the freezer and I made a meal box for my nurse practitioner and her staff because I am thankful for their care.
I was given two frozen turkey breasts so one went to her and the other will feed mom and me for Christmas dinner. I told my brother in law Marlin that he and my sister could cook Thursday and go to his parents' place for Christmas, I'd help mom this year.
My practitioner got:
- 6.68 lb. frozen turkey breast
- 3 containers of mashed taters
- 2 large containers of stuffing
- 1 large gravy
- 2 cans French cut green beans
- 2 cans sweet peas
- 1 can of whole kernel corn (found that finally, it was the last I had)
- oranges
- King's Hawaiian rolls
- 1 quarter of butter
- what was left of the 5 lb. brick of Bongard's American cheese
And I still have this from it:
MIND BLOWN! AND THANKFUL!
