I think that since I didn't get a DVD player until 6-7 years ago, got quad in 2003, laserdisc in 2006 and only have Beta because of donations (but I do have TWO SuperBetas)...

that by the time Bluray players show up in thrift stores here we all will have taken to writing liths on clay tablets again as a hobby...

Oh well. At least my horse-drawn chariot will have candy paint and badass bronze wheels.
