I had one of those too at one point. What do you want to know? It has some pretty good specs, but not quite as good as the M Audio.

That sounds fine but it won't make much difference on this computer right now. I really don't know anything other than:

1. It's a Pentium 4 but it doesn't mean the L2 is helpful.

2. So a driver or device caused the serious error/freeze/whatever--WHICH ONE???

Video? The screen blanks for a second

Networking? (my log had a number of entries for that but I can't link this to my troubles)

Memory?

BSOD and reboot, having to re-install updates to many of my programs...WHY?

If it's a driver then putting it on another board might prompt new drivers ro be loaded.

This has happened for months and the OE 6 was messed up in mig-April.

I did a free AVG tune-up when the new version came out.

I have a laptop with XP that comes and goes, runs fast then NOT.

I have no further good version ASAIK. The other disc I had won't authenicate.

That's where I'm at.

I thought you mentioned something about 2003 server? It's not the last chassis I have (although the memory is an issue in a couple cases and I have several OK 40-100 GB hard drives.

I have 2 x 256 MB PC3200 PC2700 and 2100, a board uses DDR2? I don't think I have a CPU for it yet. I have a board I'm wiring and the one I was using when it wouldn't authenticate also was DANDY otherwise!

Well, I am on the laptop right now and I've GOT to locate the USB mouse. The pad takes forever. I've got to transfer my old computer's hard drive to the EVO and see what shenanigans follow. But I nap now.
