Grand Theft Auto V

Anyone picked up GTA V? I picked up a copy last night. Some of the music is scored by Tangerine Dream. Not very familiar with that band, but I know some of you around here are(Miles.... Im looking at you ) I havent been able to play all that much, but did try it out last night. Without a doubt this is likely going to be the best game in the series. Hooked up via HDMI, to my Samsung LED, the game looks phenomenal. Being able to switch between playable charecters is a new aspect, which so far seems pretty cool. Im sure there is a lot more to be explored in this vast map of Los Santos. Im looking forward to playing more into the story of this game.

Anyone else tried it out yet? What are your thoughts?

Hi Ben,

In another life I would have been a gamer. I opted early on to pursue my interest in music (and other stuff) rather than video games.

I kind of regret that in a way when so many friends play these things 24/7!

Anyway, the BBC had a nice little feature on GTA5 the other day.

Wow, impressive no doubt.

Ill say it again, this game is pretty awesome. I havent been able to get too far into it yet, but I find myself looking around at the scenery in the game more than playing.
