Got this 400 before somone else did, who needs one??

It blows breakers in the hose panel. AC input wiring, Transformer, caps, bridge rectifier would cause this. Anything else would blow the fuses.

Nope, it's broke. I just snatched this up as soon as it came up this morning because it was a cheap BIN, thinking someone here might want it.

Hi Lee,

Possible interest here, not really up on the 400 so what would it take to get it going? Agree, a house breaker going has to be power supply stuff so beyond that....

I know you are the resident genius on these things so what else would be needed to make loud neighbor annoying noise with this thing?

Well, really just fix the power supply problem. After that there are quite a few ways to spend money on it. Depends on what you want to have when you're done. Either a completely restored original or a White Oak hot rod, you can go either way. It's certainly not beyond your ability to do any of the above. The best sounding ending is a new White Oak driver board with new outputs and PS caps.
