My daughters Dell has some issues, had to change over to my laptop.
Got a screen of Win 7 anti-spyware had blocked McAfee from accessing the internet because Mcagent.exe was infected with a trojan-bnk-keylogger, whaT DO I do now????

if McAfee can not access the internet a re you still protected as you o through thi process??

Go to the link.. follow the instructions... it disables mcafee until it's all fixed.

Also... you might want to download what is needed on your laptop, then copy it over using a usb or cd to the infected computer, while keeping the infected computer offline.

Like Jer said, follow instructions, works like a charm. Stu the first clue is a window that pops up saing Win 7 anti-sapyware is keeping your security program from accessing the internet. If yo see that JST CLOSE IT IMMEDIATELY AND SHUT DOWN> regroup and attack. DO NOT DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN CLOSE THAT WINDOW AND shut it off.
