If anybody is interested, I just finished rebuilding the control board (14B) on this 700B and I posted it on the bay, if anybody is looking for a NICE 700B in excellent working condition, here is the link. I'll offer it at a better price for members here. EVERYTHING WORKS... I put new outputs in the right channel, and replaced a couple crappy fuse holders, and put new bulk caps in it. I got it going through tests right now and it working excellent with an offset of 1mv, and the bias is steady at .380 mv
I can also WOPL it if the buyer wishes. The parts cost about $600 including a DC protection board and new backplanes, control board, outputs etc....
