I have a few ceramic cartridges. A flip over cartridge as opposed to flip over needle is what you need? When I get home I'll look to see if there's anything like that.

Thanks Gary. This is for a friend that's trying to sell one of these. Buyer wants working so he needs a cartridge/stylus. Pics are what we're up against. I'm ignorant on this one, knew someone here would have a clue. Much appreciated.

Well, no joy I'm afraid. All the ceramics I have are fixed position flip over needle types.

Not knowing how to describe what you're looking for I did a brief search and it looks to be called a TC8 turnover cartridge. That seems to be considered a sub-category of cartridges and I don't know how interchangeable they are. You might want to post on Vinyl Engine and see what those guys have to say.

What I saw after clicking the image tab was non-North American e-bay ads.
