The one you scored Larry is a great one, it has the good D/A converters in it. Every player that Oppo produces is top notch and mine has been extremely reliable, unlike the very pricey and highly rated Phillips POS that it replaced which failed fatally after only a year.

Yes the upscaling to 1080p is good. There are some on ebay at better prices. No Blu-Ray they are going cheap. No bad reviews at all.

Deep Purple Live at Royal Albert Hall The Oppo comes tomorrow. I haven't been this excited in a long time. LOL
Dude the Orchestra is kicking butt on this DVD. Ritchie is playing on this one. Wed. 24th Sept. 1969 He is jamming that is for sure. They were doing the orchestra stuff in 69. They are playing with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra It has had me doing the Larry dance. That does not happen often. Very good DVD.

Got a DP Live at Montreux 2011. With them all together. LOL I guess Ritchie throws a fit. LOL This one has an Orchestra also. Wow Ritchie can do some finger work. Dude I would have paid some very good money to have seen these guys back together. I have a BOC coming. These guys jam. They are doing a great show so far.
