Dbx 128 II

Just bought a Dbx 128 II .

The reason is to replace a PL 1000 used in my Dynaco system .
PL 1000 will be used with Marantz receiver and PL 700.
If I have understood well is the best home edition by DBX .
It works well , but in the next days I will test a little modification for level threshold .
I would like to modify the threshold pot from linear to log .
( only one resistor ) .
Anyway it sounds great .
