This is a Cary preamplifier but it is missing the power supply. This is being sold by AudioDave - the same guy I purchased the 700 and 400s from. The preamp has an internal power supply board so I'm assuming that is what is MIA. He's asking $300 plus shipping.

Crown IC 150 Preamplifier

Another from AudioDave - a Crown preamp. He says it has "strange working issues." If anyone is interested I'll get a hold of him to find out what the issues are. $80 + shipping.

SOLD!

Wolcott Audio “The Presence†Monoblock 220-W Amplifier

Two 220 Watt Wolcott Audio mono blocks for sale (AudioDave). They look cool - I believe they are missing the cages. He's asking $2,200 for the pair. I don't know if the price is out of line or not but the cool factor of these tube amps is high.

Thanks for bearing with us Dennis....
No problem - shit happens. It was even more complicated to redo as I lost the ability to upload files to the site. Probably something to do with an update to IE. I had to change my settings in the User Control Panel on this site to allow uploads. Specifically I had to change the Enhanced Attachment Uploading from ON to OFF. The other change I had to make was the Message Editor Interface from Enhanced to Standard. I'll have to dick with IE to see what happened when I feel like pulling my hair out. I prefer the Enhanced uploading features and the Enhanced editor.

Did the Crown preamp get sold? What exactly were his issues with it?

I'm not sure if it sold - but I would guess not as he only sells working units on the bay. If you're interested I can get in touch with him and find out if he still has it in addition to getting a more detailed explanation of the problems. Let me know and I'll jump on it.

I would like to know that, thanks. For all the switches and mixers here I still need a preamp.

If he still has it I'll put you in direct contact with him - keeps me out of the middle. I just shot him a text and he's usually pretty prompt in getting back.

I just heard back from AudioDave - he wound up selling it on the bay for 100 US. Apparently it went out of country. Maybe next time.

Well crap...that's more food and toilet paper for him though, which is good in the end...either one.
