So, during the summer I was called in to take over as drummer for a “new” big band that was the spin off of the old big band. The old band’s drummer is a good friend- a year older and grew up around the block- so we’ve known each other a long time.

Once fall came and back to school I had to step down due to scheduling conflicts.

but now I’m back.

Big deal? Yeah, but although most of our practices are at senior assisted living places, we will be doing some live practice sessions at place in Eadt Hartford called Carmine’s at 389 main st.

First is next Wednesday with Mike on drums.

I’ll be there (unless something chsnges) 2/26

gig at the American legion in Enfield 3/21

3/25 Carmine’s

4/29 Carmine’s

7/11 New Britain museum of American art

7/29 Carmine’s

9/30 Carmine’s

11/14 black eyed Sally’s Hartford

subject to change but that’s the schedule as of now. Maybe you’d check out some swing sometime... 1D8EC280-E2E2-4BD1-BBE8-7A25F9E6E093.jpeg 62C0D789-00F0-4A5A-9F24-6AD84034A5FE.jpeg

I don’t advise hooking the meager to your ANYTHING ever.

And six or eight beers in, square dancing is just fine.

But the commute to CT might be a bit rough this time of year no?
