Better stock up for your DBT

I find the resistor color bands do not show up clearly under LED light. When I switch on the incandescent desk light, they jump right out.

That's one of the reason why my workbench is lighted by incandescent.
At work we have a small magnifier led lamp with adjustable color temperature, I always turn it to slightly yellowish white.

Milwaukee makes a small penlight with a color corrected LED so colors show true. I have three of them now- all the other LED lights cast the color off.

You don’t realize how bad your old one is, until you use this thing.

I bought my lifetime supply prior to Y2K. I have them stashed along with 50 pounds of dried chipped beef & a case of strike anywhere matches.
edit; I also bought a 100 pound bottle of R12 freon back then so I'm cool for quite awhile.
