Most local clubs offer classes.
It sure is helpful.
Online practicing teaches you how to pass the test.
In person actually explains a lot of the theory behind it.
I would seek out a class if possible.
My grand daughter that lives with us thought it was funny that I have homework And a project to do.:)

Not too bad so far.
Been a long time since I've had to do Math though.
Good excuse to buy a new calculator.
And have been picking up a lot that is not in the book.
Small class(only 8 ) and a teacher that takes the time on stuff we stumble on .

Good luck!
I couldn't imagine going back to school for anything these days.
I scraped 2:1 pass with my Product Design & Engineering BSc. Maths was a big part of gaining the pass and I hated going back to things like differentiation and stats but it had to be done. gah

Wait till you dig into the Extra class endorsement. Hope you paid lots of attention in your high school trigonometry class. Was asked to do a presentation at the local university a few years back, no stranger to that as I was a GTA in grad school (ahem 1979ish). Unfortunately when I turned up with my briefcase and notes looking for a chalkboard lets just say the students found it rather humorous expecting a laptop driven power point session.

Now are you really sure about that '70's date Mr Chips? Sure it wasn't earlier? lol
Even in the 90's when I was at uni we were using ppt files and projectors.
Were you packing a slide-rule aswell? hehe
:p

Hey now, i can still carry that shoebox full of punch cards to the IBM terminal as fast as ever and have a four function calculator, of course somewheres around here resides my slide rule but dangnabbit some meanie shrunk the scale to a silly micro size. No such thing as a cell phone in class however we did have lots of decorator ash trays.
Only regret was not one of the rich kids so had to make do with a manual typewriter and white out rather than one of those fancy electric ones with the white out ribbon cartridge.
