Audio at sales is hard to find around here. The best I've done is a pair of Klipsch Heresy speakers, a little rough, but they sound great; and a Technics T4P turntable which I resold (bought it for the phono cartridge). Most of my audio gear came down from Kansas City with me.

So anyway, I went with my wife a weekend or two ago, and as (almost) ever, there was next to no audio gear. It was a nice house, and in the large living room was a parlor-grand piano. Hmmmm... what kind, I wondered? I lifted the keyboard cover: Steinway! "Hey, is this sold?" "Yes, it sold yesterday." "How much?" "$500."

FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Um, a new Steinway concert-grand goes for a quarter million... I'd never thought of flipping a piano, but I am now.

i've had one or two major scores elude me, but nothing that can compare to this!

That's some flipping piano flipping!

Yeah, they told us that the twin to that piano was refurbished, and sold for $8,000.
