Audio Alchemy DDS III

The DDS III I had. It died a fast death. It died. I couldn't get PNs. The ones I could get. No suitable sub for it. So it became a boat anchor.

I remember something about the power supply being plugged in and then turning on the power supply. Something about the surge through the power supply if the supply was on when plugged in...

If you buy another one, get a regulated power supply for it. There's no sense in having a hard-to-find and fairly expen$ive piece of gear taken out by a cheap wall wart. Consider leaving it on 24/7 as well. - surely it doesn't pull much juice.

i don't believe AA was around all that long, and i imagine as a result their products would be relatively scarce.

being a fan,as you evidently are, you should probably jump on whatever opportunities present themselves
-whenever you can manage to swing it, of course- to obtain as many parts and spare units as possible...
