Action works smooth, no clip (aftermarkets available), barrel rifling fine, barrel could use a cleanup and rebluing, stock has some dings but nice patina

Actually, the 1917 is the last patent date

PM if interested, local pickup would be ideal

Asking $50 obo

The bolt lock mechanism works perfectly, I think the images are huge as I did not resize them

If I lived closer to ya , a grandkid would have himself a new gun...and here's anothern thing PeeWee, if you're not a felon now you will be and you won't be able to buy your kids or grand kids a gun....like me....

Lee, I was a convicted felon but thank goodness I have kept my nose clean (literally LMAO) and my record was expunged in the 1990s

If I could mail it to you, I will Lee. Joe inquired about it also. Not sure how that works shipping a rifle though. I don't see it being an issue but I know nothing about laws these days regarding shipping long guns. There is no clip so it's not like it can accidently go off in transit LOL

i love these old 22's. i have a pump 22 and a 1933 browning made in belgium 12 gauge semi auto. has original leather recoil pad still and the engraving on it is amazing

That won't happen to a two time felon.....if I was you I'd take it when I met joe Wednesday...OH BTW, just got off the phone with the U-Haul guy. There is a cargo VAN reserved for Wednesday. Joe will have some cash for ya and I will go to Wal_mart later in the day and send some to your local Wal-Mart to cover the rental... If you are going to be later than 8:00 Am picking it up, call em..and try not be later that 4:00 Pm bringing it back...

A Belgium Browning is a VERY GOOD gun, don't turn loose of that one...
