Audio-Reader Network's annual sale of all things music, "For Your EARS Only," is coming soon! Mark your calendars for Friday, September 11 and Saturday, September 12 for a trip to the Douglas County Fairgrounds in Lawrence, KS (2120 Harper St.)
Friday, September 11 6-9 p.m.
Saturday, September 12 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Tickets for Friday night are $7 in advance and $10 at the door. Advance tickets will be available until 5 p.m. on Friday. You can purchase advance tickets at Audio-Reader Network, 1120 W. 11th St. in Lawrence.
Saturday is free admission day with prices slashed on many items at noon.
This year's inventory includes:
4,000+ vinyl records
2,000+ CDs
EQUIPMENT UPDATE!!!!!
Have completed cleanup, service, and final checkout on 109 electronic units with PLENTY more to go. McIntosh MA-6200, AR3a speakers, Klipsch, REL, and Velodyne powered subwoofers, Crown SX-724 reel-to-reel recorder and plenty of receivers, tape decks, CD and DVD players. Generous donations of exotic speakers this year including Shahinian Obelisks and Bertagni Electro-Acoustic dipolar two-ways. Also plenty of older Pioneer, Scott, Kenwood and Sansui amps and receivers. The audio Elves have assembled several complete BOSE systems including Acoustimass powered subs and media centers and speakers complete and ready to play.
Very neat eco-friendly and collectible Aeolian Vocalion crank up 78RPM console stereo. With remote volume control (you've got to see it!) in beautiful woodwork cabinet.
This year plenty of pro audio gear including consoles, compact mixers, older Shure M-67 and M-68 mixers, several Tascam boards, Revox 2-track stereo reproduce decks and FIVE pairs of Bose commercial 802 speakers with equalizers.
