Amp noise

typically 121.What sort of filter, other then what's in my Belkin, do you mean?

No it hasn't done it again. But this and past issues really makes me want to investigate

Ok now. All quiet this AM. Everything was off but I could hear the Belkin buzzing. The breaker panel is also in that room and it was buzzing to. I put my ear close to the panel and noticed it coming from one point. I started hitting breakers. When I got to an upstairs bedroom breaker the noise in the panel went silent. Flipped it back on, still silent. Belkin went silent too. I have to look to see what's plugged in up there, could be the breaker itself?

The panel actually has never been this quiet, as it is now.

Yep I know. When it comes back, I'll get my son to help me unplug things one at a time up there.

Bad breakers can do te exact same thing you are describing Joe. A small, continuous arc can give off a lot of RF and EMI interference.

The panel should never make noise.

500 watts is not much. I'll have to check a trans I have. It is bigger than 500. I think it is 1500. Send me all your gear but the Snells and I'll try them out. LOL Do you have anything with a variable output? Not a pre. So you can go straight into the amps from a source? Your Bellari.

I can go straight to amp from the bellari or my phone. The Jolida has only a passive attenuator but it can be bypassed via a switch to use as a straight amp. Why?

Get us all excited......then.....NEVERMIND????????????????
