There's gonna be some backlash over this for sure...
 
Huge screw up. No power and frozen pipes. Then a flood. Oh, and then no drinking water. My sister in law had to melt snow to use the toilet in Austin.

Had power throughout here due to being on an essential services circuit. Very lucky.
